As our Service Manager you will be responsible for resolving service related issues in Region and implementation of procedures and solutions to improve service processes in India.
Scope of responsibilities:
Solving key - customers related problems connected to service activities in region
Implementation of service procedures to keep proper service activities in region
Verifying and approving warranties and other service activities
Verifying and approving spare parts orders created by Service supply Manager
Verifying and approving invoices connected to service activities and budget (if required)
Controlling services costs and incomes (according to created budgets)
Inspection visits in regions to control the proper work of service structures
Supervising and developing of Service Supplier net
Analyzing, reporting about significant quality problems occured during realized service activities
Preparing the required statistics of annual incomes, costs and damage reasons in assigned region to prepare the annual service budget.
Higher technical education (preferred fields:ventilation, air-conditioning,mechanical engineering,industrial automation),
Min 5 years of experience in managing a team
Preferably experience from HVAC background
Strong communication skills, responsibility and strong self-discipline at work
Candidate preferably from Bangalore.
