The main goal of Regional Sales Manager function is management over sales team in allotted region with the objective of sales target realization and increasing market share.
Scope of responsibilities:
Realization of sales targets in allotted region,
Supervision, coordination, motivation and coaching sales team in the allotted area,
Allocation of client base among sales team leading to best client assistance ,
Supervision over client base and sales projects maintenance and development,
Holding systematic appointments meetings with strategic clients,
Maintaining budget discipline,
Responsibility for sales standards and processes execution,
Reporting work results to Direct Supervisor.
Min. 3 years of experience in managing of sales structures in B2B sector,
Higher education (technical university degree in ventilation and air-conditioning/ management skills degree also acceptable),
Knowledge of HVAC, AHU market,
Personnel management experience (motivation, coaching, performance realization execution),
Strong managerial abilities and predispositions,
High organizational skills,
Fluent command of English.
